Are you a fiduciary?
Yes. We act as a fiduciary when managing your assets and must put your best interests above our own.
Financial Planning questions
How long will it take to go through the financial planning process?
It all depends on the complexity of your situation. In general, you can plan on a series of 3 appointments over the course of 6-8 weeks with update/check-in appointments at the 6-month and 12-month mark.
How can I check my progress without having to come in for an appointment?
You will have access to your own financial planning page via eMoney. On your site you will be able to see if you are on track for your goals and explore ideas that you might want to go through with us.
How do I send my documents to you?
Anything that contains your personal information should be sent in a secure manner. We can send you a secure email that you can respond to (requires a password), but the easiest way is to send us documents via Investor360 message, uploading documents to your vault on eMoney, or uploading documents to Investor360 directly.
Investment Management Questions
Will I be able to see my accounts online?
Yes, you will have access to Investor360 (both computer-based and an app) where you will be able to see your accounts, access statements, tax-forms, confirmations, and other mailings, share documents, send secure messages to our team, and link your outside accounts if you choose.
What is the cost of managing my funds?
We charge an asset-based fee for managing funds; the fee schedule is dependent on the amount of funds we manage for your household and generally decreases as the dollar amount goes up.
